As we have found out this past weekend, life can take a tragic turn at a momen't notice. Two of our Belize missioners, Heather Hamilton and her mother Elizabeth, lost a member of their family on Sunday. Katherine, 18, was in a traffic accident and died at the Saint John Regional hospital. Heather has lost her older sister and Elizabeth and Ian have lost a treasured daughter. The family is dealing with this tragedy and they need our prayers for them and our support in this very difficult time.
The Hamilton family has to know that they are not alone in their grief. We ask as many people as possible to join those of us on the Away and Home teams in our prayers. We know that our prayers for the Hamiltons will not go unheard by God; please pray for them that God will walk with them and comfort them in their sorrow.
